Zaheen’s Apartment

Zaheen’s Apartment is a full-scope residential design-and-build project—conceived on June 15, 2025 and taken into execution from September 2, 2025. The brief challenged us to merge heritage character with contemporary function, shaping a home that feels grounded, timeless, and quietly intimate—without compromising the ease of modern living.

Jalshiri Parkside Duplex

Jalshiri Parkside Duplex began with a clear client vision: keep the heritage alive, but translate it into a home that feels minimal, calm, and genuinely liveable. We were commissioned for end-to-end design and construction, and shaped the concept around creating a home—not a showcase—where materials, patterns, and details feel intentional without becoming visually heavy.

Taqwa Penthouse

Taqwa Penthouse was our largest undertaking of 2025—delivered as a turnkey design-and-build where every floor was planned, detailed, and executed end-to-end by Jam Space. The client’s brief was ambitious: each zone should feel distinct and personal, yet the full home must read as one cohesive residence. Our solution was to anchor the entire penthouse in modernist discipline—clean lines, architectural clarity, minimal materials—and then allow each level to express its own narrative through mood, function, and curated detailing.

Rakeen’s Studio Apartment

Rakeen’s Studio Apartment was designed as a modern, energetic space for a young professional—where work, play, and daily living sit comfortably within a compact footprint. The client’s key priorities were a dedicated gaming zone and a well-planned workstation, without compromising openness or comfort. We achieved this through clear zoning, clean lines, and a balanced layout that keeps the studio feeling fresh and uncluttered.

Greenhub Co-Working Space

Greenhub was our first commercial interior—designed to balance brand-led aesthetics with the operational realities of a high-performing workplace. The key challenge was an unorthodox floorplate, where we needed to integrate open workstations and private offices without compromising circulation, privacy, or a sense of openness. We approached the plan with clear zoning and smart spatial sequencing—so the workspace feels intuitive to navigate and efficient to use.

PTI Skyline

PTI Skyline is a mixed-use architectural project developed by Jam Space in collaboration with the Okkhio team, initiated on November 4, 2025. The brief required a building that performs as two worlds in one—commercial visibility and efficiency at the lower levels, paired with comfortable, light-filled living above—while presenting a unified architectural identity that elevates the PTI Development Limited brand.

Spreeha Foundation HQ

Spreeha Foundation’s office was designed as a compact workplace that still feels open, breathable, and full of energy. Our approach started with the brand—taking cues from the logo colours—and translating them into a vibrant yet controlled palette that reflects Spreeha’s optimistic identity without distracting from work.

Maple Leaf Residence

Maple Leaf Residence was designed around one simple goal: make it feel like home—comfortable, familiar, and lived-in—without turning the interior into something flashy. The client wanted a space that stays elegant and quietly luxurious, where the details feel intentional but never loud.

Raidah’s Apartment

Raidah’s Apartment was designed to feel unique and luxurious, while still staying practical for everyday living. The client wanted a modern home with strong character—so we developed a neo-modern interior that uses modular furniture, clean detailing, and a calm neutral base, then layered it with art, texture, and statement pieces to create a richer atmosphere.

Urban Rooftop Pool

Urban Rooftop Pool was designed as a private rooftop destination—built for wellness, leisure, and hosting in one cohesive setting. The program combines a swimming pool, BBQ zone, and a fully equipped gym with a dedicated resting/lounge area, planned to feel premium without becoming visually busy.

Bangkor Exhibition Stand

Designed for Bangkor Paper and Pulp Corporation, this exhibition stand was built around a clear idea: let the brand’s values—nature, simplicity, and sustainability—become the space. We adopted a Japandi approach, combining Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth to create a calm, premium environment that stands out on a busy show floor without relying on loud graphics or heavy structures.

Target's Partner Event

For Target’s Partner Event, we designed the full stage experience with a clear priority: translate Target’s global brand identity into a premium, international-standard environment. The concept was built around the Target logo mark, bold geometry, and a clean red-and-white language—ensuring the stage reads powerfully from every seat and on camera.

Denim Expo Trendzone

For Bangladesh Denim Expo, the Trendzone was designed as a curated highlight space—where visitors can quickly understand what’s shaping denim right now and where innovation is heading. Our work focused on developing the Trendzone concept, 3D visualisation, and layout composition to support a clear visitor journey, strong storytelling walls, and easy product discovery.
